Unfortunately, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to quickly realise that this ‘purging’ effect is largely responsible for the ‘weight loss’ claims reported by SkinnyMe Tea. Sure, you might feel lighter and your belly might look a little flatter, but it isn’t going to do squat for real, sustainable weight loss in any realistic sense of the word.
